They outline the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the AI-driven summarization and management service provided through the Company’s mobile application, specifically tailored for YouTube content, allowing users to access summaries and manage information.
2. "User" refers to an individual who accesses and uses the Service via Google or Apple social login.
3. "Content" refers exclusively to information derived from YouTube videos, processed, and presented by the AI within the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)

1. These terms take effect upon the user's agreement during the registration process.
2. The Company may amend these terms within the bounds of relevant laws, and any changes will be notified to users via the app or other appropriate methods.
3. Users will be considered to have agreed to the amended terms if they continue to use the Service without expressing any objection within 7 days of notification.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

1. Users can access the Service via Google or Apple social login.
2. The Company will generally approve the user's application for Service use unless significant operational or technical reasons prevent it.
